ROSE BUD ARM CHAIR COVER - Filet

This Filet Crochet pattern is my original design for my “Rose Bud Arm Chair Cover”. When making this item with size #10 thread and a #7 hook, it should measure 5.1 inches Wide X 13.5 inches Tall when finished.

If you need a longer and wider arm cover, simply make single crochets or double crochet stitches around, with 3 stitches in each corner, to make it whatever size you wish.

Using my chart above and starting at the bottom right of chart, chain 67. Chain an additional 3 to turn which will count as the first double crochet of the first row. Double crochet in the 5th chain from the hook. Double crochet in the next 2 chains to complete the bottom right solid square of the pattern. Continue following the pattern for the first row reading from right to left.

After completing first row, chain 3 to turn to start next row. Continue following the pattern until all rows are completed. At the end of row 54, fasten off. You may add a tassle and block, if desired

CHEERFUL HEART COASTER

This is a small “Cheerful Heart Coaster” which I designed in Filet. When using thread size #10 and a #7 hook, when it is finished it should measure 4.1” wide X 4.2” tall.



Follow my CHART Above



Using the chart below and starting at the bottom right of pattern, chain 55. Chain 3 to turn which will count as first double crochet of first row. Double crochet in 5th chain from hook. Double crochet in the next 2 chains to complete bottom right solid square of pattern. Continue following in pattern for first row reading pattern right to left. After finishing first row, chain 3 to turn to start next row. Continue following pattern until all rows are completed. At the end of row 17 fasten off. Block as desired.
